Once we received your order, you'll receive an e-mail confirmation. Promotional products expert will fully review your order, make suggestions, confirm dates and review your artwork.
Once we have all details, we will email you 'e-proof' showing your artwork on a mock-up of the item(s) you're purchasing.
You can approve it or make suggestions for changes and improvements (all of your artwork for an order is FREE.).
We don’t send orders into production without your approval!
What kind of artwork can I send?
We accept all kind of arts. Our professional art team will work with what you have to create exactly what you need for FREE.
We keep your artwork on file to make reordering and using your art on other products simple and easy!
Can I specify a PMS colour for my imprint?
Yes we match PMS colours
How do you put my logo on things?
We have a wide variety of decorating techniques including: screen printing, embroidery, sublimation, cresting, engraving, pad printing, digital, foil stamping and offset process.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept checks, and all major credit cards.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel at any time prior to the order going into production. Once items have been imprinted with your logo, we can no longer accept a cancellation.
Will I see a proof before my order goes into production?
you always see an 'e-proof' of your item which must be approved by you before we proceed!
Can I see a sample?
Yes! we send sample of an item(s) you're considering.
